Project Characteristics

Accommodation platform for offshore wind farm ‚DanTysk‘ in water depth of 25 m (LAT) to accommodate 50 (max 60) persons. The dimensions of the topside are 35 x 35 x 20 m with an operational weight of approximately 2,500 t.

The design of the offshore platform (topside & jacket) has been carried out according to latest BSH requirements (e.g. application of Eurocode regulations) including:

  • Review and finalization of platform conceptual design
  • Preparation / finalization of asset design philosophies
  • Basic design of jacket and topside incl. all systems & utilities (acc. to Eurocode)
  • Elaboration of design briefs (steel structure, safety & systems)
  • Assistance to detail design of jacket and topside

In addition, a new type of boat landing has been developed and implemented with focus on ease of operational human safety as well as on fabrication &
installation.
